The Rubberbands are a mixed age group of 3-5 year olds. Our experienced teachers are Co-lead teachers Andrea Lorenz, Trisha Clark and Jennifer Paal.

Our room is unique because the teachers embrace the philosophy of Reggio Emilia. The Reggio project approach is to team the teachers, parents and environment as partners in the children’s learning. In the project approach, the children learn through cooperating with other children and their teachers in long-term projects to thoroughly examine a topic based on the children’s interests, curiosities and understandings.
